Role Purpose

The primary purpose is to deliver value-add sourcing services to clients in a structured, professional and consistent manner.

Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a Associate Consultant to join the Accounting. The Accounting needs to be a dynamic, highly client-focused individual with proven experience within Financial transactions.

Main responsibilities will include:

• Complete day-to-day accounting of financial transactions in books for all managed entities
• Accurate accounting of vendors invoices with correct GL code and cost center in system with proper supporting and approval
• Accounting of Intercompany and domestic revenue invoices in SAP with accurate revenue assignment
• Processing employee’s expense claims and payment.
• Responsible for timely accounting of bank payment and receipt entries in system.
• Preparation of Monthly Bank reconciliation
• Monthly P&L and BS variance analysis
• Preparing the Monthly schedule for accrual Prepaid expenses and fixed assets and monitoring the same.
• Review of open purchase order in system and following-up for the invoices with respective department
• Ensuring vendors and creditors balance are reconciled.
• Preparing the fortnight vendors payable details for releasing the payment.
• Preparing Monthly outstanding creditors and debtors report.
• Assist in preparing monthly/Annual GST/VAT returns data matching with system
• Preparing the monthly TDS liability payable data and assist in preparing quarterly e-TDS returns
• Assist in preparing other tax related data according to the country
• Co-ordination with Banker for day-to-day transactions
• Knowledge of Provident Fund, Professional Tax and Labour Welfare Fund.
• Recording of Inter-Company transaction in books and Monthly reconciliation.
• Assist in monthly closing activities.
• Support in preparation of all documents related to Statutory audits
• Preparing Balance sheet account schedule and P&L ledgers details in audit format
• Preparing the other audit related data as per audit requirement.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree with specialization in Accounting & Reporting
• At least 4 to 5 year’s of experience in an accounting department in an international company
• Very robust knowledge of accounting principal
• Good communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Fast comprehensive in application of new ERP accounting systems
• Excellent analytical skills with an attention to details and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast moving and multicultural environment
• Well organized, good time-management skills and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in English skills both written and spoken
• Proactive and flexible attitude
