Redaptive is looking to hire an Accounting Analyst for our Accounting team with experience in full-cycle Accounts Receivable including invoicing, customer payment application, collection activities, and month-end close duties as well as excellent communication skills. This is a critical position for a growing company, and an outstanding professional growth opportunity for a motivated individual interested in expanding their responsibilities as the company expands.

Job Responsibilities

    • Perform invoicing tasks such as: generating invoices into appropriate formats as specified by the contract or the customer and ensuring delivery of those invoices as per Billing Policy due dates, preparation of Sales Orders and Capex invoices.
    • Process and apply all customer payments, cash applications recon, credits, and re-bills on a timely basis. This will entail making customer collection follow ups and calls on an as needed basis as well as working with internal and external customers to handle invoicing requirements such as POs, addresses, locations, and other invoicing references.
    • Perform month-end accounting close duties for A/R functions such as: reconciling the A/R general ledger to the subledger, performing any necessary journal entries, calculating bad debt reserve needs. Perform Corporate Checklist requirements such as Capex related reports.
    • Provide necessary support and detail to auditors, both financial and tax, by keeping the accounts receivable and Capex activities documented, supported, and organized.
    • Maintain files and accounting documentation.

Job Requirements / Qualifications

    • 1-2 years of accounting experience
    • Bachelor of Commerce
    • MBA Finance
    • Nice to have:
    •  Experience in NetSuite, Salesforce, Asana
    • Chartered Accountant (CA)
    • Behavioural Attribute
    • Communication skills, ability to teamwork and collaborate within the team and other departments.
