Responsibilities:

• Assure accurate revenue reporting 
• Monitor incoming client emails and respond to them in a timely and professional manner
• Escalate complex client issues to the Financial Operations Specialist
• Identifying and implementing ways to improve efficiency and profitability
• Assist with financial audits
• Provide financial analysis and support to management
• Stay up-to-date on accounting best practices and regulatory changes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field
• Strong accounting and financial reporting skills
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
