Accounting Analyst – Travel & Entertainment

Job Overview

We are hiring an experienced Accounting Analyst (based in India) to focus on the Company’s global Travel & Entertainment expense report process including reviews, approvals and compliance with o9’s Global T&E Policy, along with monthly reporting information for management’s review.

What you’ll do for us:

• Work collaboratively with other accounting personnel within organization
• Review expense reports submitted by o9’s global employees for compliance with the o9 T&E Policies
• Approve or reject expense reports submitted by employees
• Identify and recommend improvements to the overall global T&E protocols and procedures
• Coordinate with the global payroll leads for expense reimbursements
• Coordinate with the revenue / billing team for alignment of billable expenses to be included on client invoices
• Provide solutions to expense issues as they arise
• Respond to all inquires directed to the dedicated o9 T&E email address
• Generation of monthly reporting from the various T&E systems utilized, breaking down spend by region and by expense category

What you’ll have :

• A Master’s degree in accounting, finance, business or related fields preferred
• Strong analytical skills
• Familiarity with various Expense Reporting tools (e.g. Expensify, Concur, TripActions, Zoho, etc.)
• Experience using Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Comfort preparing and delivering reports to decision makers
• Ability to multi-task and be flexible in one’s daily schedule
