Job Description

Position Overview

• Daily review of Trade and Cash reconciliations reports received from the Operations teams and assisting in

   investigating Cash and positions breaks between Funds books and various custody platforms.

• Responsible for the preparation of month end and quarterly accounting records (NAV’s), including

   partnership/investor allocations, SOX Packages and admin packs  

• Reviewing the admin books on quarterly basis and resolving any difference in the books.

• Extensive P&L Analysis & General Ledger Maintenance; providing AUM and IRR data.    

• Cash management of funds including cash and stock distributions and capital calls.

• Verifying the expenses accruals, management fees and ensure timely booking in accounting system.

• Responsible for fund expense payments, trade settlements, budgeting and as well as fixed income projections.

• Liaise daily with finance team in Purchase, Credit Controllers and corporate accounting & operations teams

in NYC to ensure all internal accounting, trades issues are addressed timely and accurately.

• Maintenance of FX hedge package documentation and Hedge effectiveness.

• Liaise with other functional areas of the Firm including Investor Relations, Marketing, Compliance, Legal,

  Tax, Valuation Group and Corporate Controllers quarterly reporting and ad-hoc investor requests.

• Processing funding wires successful execution of trade, expenses and other payments. 

• Monthly Management Report, preparing Compliance schedule

• Providing audit support during quarter end and year end audits. Supporting in compliance requirements of the

   Funds.

• Complete ad hoc and special projects and initiatives as directed.

Qualifications & Experience

• Ideal candidates must have a bachelor’s degree with majors in finance, accounting and /or economics and a

  Post-Graduate Degree or its equivalent qualification.

 • Applicant must at least have the equivalent of 2-4 years U.S. Experience in a financial industry with                                                          

    familiarity in (loans and bonds), equities and credit derivatives.

• Analytical – the individual synthesizes complex or diverse information.

• Role requires individual to be nimble and flexible to balance multiples task simultaneously.

• Working knowledge of WSO Webnow or familiarity with Bloomberg, VPM and Investran a plus.

• Good oral and written communications.

• Proactive self-starter, strong attention to detail a must and ability to observe confidentiality.

• An energetic, forward thinking, creative individual with high ethical standards.

• The ability to take on a task and “run with it” to conclusion is a critical characteristic of this role.
