Lead – Finance & Accounts (US Accounting)
Location- Bangalore/Chennai/Pune/Vadodara/Hyderabad (On-site)
Work Timings – 3PM IST to 12AM IST

You’ll do:
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with US GAAP
Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and provide necessary documentation
Develop and implement financial systems, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy
Manage the general ledger, including account reconciliations and journal entries
Monitor and analyze financial performance and provide insights to the management team
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
Lead and mentor a team of accountants, providing guidance and training as needed
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in the preparation of tax returns
Managing Client Portfolio and leading Account Managers team for execution of Client Engagement
Ensuring that team is performing with desired accuracy levels
Monthly closing of books of accounts Monthly analysis of BS and P and L Statement
Designing Management Reports for clients and training team on execution
Periodic review meetings with management

You’ll Need:
Fluent written and verbal English communication is a must
7 plus years of work Experience
Ability and willingness to handle multiple clients.
Prior experience of handling a team of 5 or more staff members.
Good hands-on MS Office and different Accounting Software- Netsuite
Good knowledge of various US Processes and handle transition and work on process improvements.
