Assistant Accounting Coordinator
Job Description
Essential Functions
• Supervise assigned client accounts
• Client follow-up and escalation on overdue accounts
• Update client account notes and collection efforts
• Monitor shared remittance email mailbox
• Provide customer support as needed to resolve payment issues
• Work closely with Project Services to resolve client inquiries
• Develop effective payment plans
• Build internal and external relationships
• Resubmission of invoices
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
• B Com (Finance), M.Com and MBA is preferrable
• PeopleSoft experience preferred but not mandatory
• PC skills (i.e. Microsoft Office Excel)
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal communication skills are a must
