Job Tittle : Associate Director/Sr. Manager – Financial Reporting (US GAAP)

Work location: Chennai ( Perungudi)

Shift : 1pm to 10 pm

Main Job Duties and Responsibilities :

• Review all existing accruals/amortizations to ensure accuracy

• Review all financial statements for improvements and beneficial changes

• Help manage and prepare monthly financial reporting for management and US GAAP presentation and ensuring appropriate documentation.

• Help implement processes to ensure a more effective/timely close

• US GAAP knowledge review and training to other team members

• Aid in financial close process & help prepare quarterly QBR for leaders.

• Team handling and Stakeholder management.

• Work with Tax lead to create back-up files needed for faster tax processing

Qualifications:

• 12+ Years experienced CA qualified professional with Team handling experience.

• Bachelor’s / master’s degree, in the relevant Finance or similar fields.

• Professional certification such as Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at various levels.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, and deadline-driven environment.

• Must have knowledge & Experience in US GAAP

• Good with Microsoft Excel and other accounting tools.
