Job Description

This role will perform a variety of financial activities including budgeting, forecasting, building financial models, assisting with financial planning, performing research and analysis, preparing reports, and assisting with close processes

Key Responsibilities

• Performing duties during month-end financial close processes
• Analyzing and reporting current and past financial data
• Measuring and tracking financial performance against plan and key metrics
• Looking at current financial performance and identifying trends
• Preparing reports on the above information and communicating the insights of these reports to the stakeholders
• Helping senior management make tactical and strategic decisions by providing and communicating periodic reports
• Partnering with the management team to develop and achieve the organization’s financial goals
• Suggesting budgets and forecasts and process improvements
• Exploring cost opportunities and work with various departments to drive cost efficiency
• Developing financial models and providing financial forecasts
• Developing initiatives and policies that may improve financial growth
• Performing ad-hoc analyses as needed

Desired Profile & Skills

• A Commerce Graduate (B.Com.) / Graduate Engineer (B.Tech.)/ MBA (Finance)/ Post Graduate (Finance) with strong academic background
• 0-3yrs of experience in FP&A.
• Candidate should be well-versed with Financial modeling
• Analytical and reporting skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent ability to work on MS Excel and MS Power point
• Good Presentation skills
