Qualifications and Skills

  • 1-3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the banking sector
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong knowledge of banking products, such as gold loans, home loans, CLAP, business loans, etc.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
  • Good problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
