Business Administrator Marketing and Sales

 

Mid-Level: 3-to 4 years of experience in Pune

 

Qualifications and Skills:

 Proven track record in business development and client relationship management

 Strong leadership and communication skills

 Excellent sales and negotiation abilities

 Ability to conduct market research and analyze data

 Self-motivated and goal-oriented

 Experience working in a fast-paced environment

 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

 Experience in New Business Development and Market Research

 Proven track record in New Client Acquisitions and Sales & Marketing

 Ability to promote products/services effectively

 Strong focus on revenue and profit growth

 Skilled in after-sales support and customer retention strategies

 

Roles and Responsibilities

 

1. Develop and execute a comprehensive business development and growth strategy, focusing on financial gain, customer satisfaction, and market expansion.

2. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, customer needs, and emerging trends.

3. Cultivate and maintain a robust network of contacts to attract new clients and foster long-term relationships with existing customers.

4. Arrange and conduct business meetings with potential clients to promote company products/services and address client objectives.

5 Prepare and negotiate sales contracts, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and guidelines.

6. Manage sales projections, revenue forecasting, and record-keeping of sales and invoices.

7. Provide reliable feedback and after-sales support to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

8. Mentor and develop entry-level staff to enhance their sales skills and contribute to the company’s growth.

9. Maintain professionalism, adhere to company guidelines, and contribute to a healthy and safe working environment.
