Job Description Experience Required: Fresher with any prior articleship or post qualification experience in Financial Services background. Interested candidates with other suitable experience can be looked at. CTC: Negotiable Minimum Education Qualification: CA Department: Accounts Location: Kalina/BKC, Mumbai Brief of Key responsibilities which form part of the role – 1. Supervision & Handling of accounts of the listed entity of A. K. Group including day to day accounting 2. Supervision & Handling of accounts of home finance subsidiary of A. K. Group including day to day 3. Statutory Compliances e of above two companies. (GST Return, TDS Return, Income Tax Return & activities accounting activities NHB Return) 4. Managing monthly, quarterly & annual results for board meetings 5. Audit of above two companies including consolidation 6. Supervision & Handling of Taxation of above two companies 7. Handling Audit & Limited Review up to finalisation and consolidation 8. Assisting in Development of new software for accounts department so that to optimise maximum time available. 9. Assisting in Minimise the Tax litigations 10. Assisting in implementation of IND AS & Timely completion with proper process of implementation of IND AS 11. Timely guidance on reporting (MIS) 12.
