Role Description
Location: Bangalore

Principal Accountabilities:

Position involves handling a team for managing the following functions at the company level –

Managing the entire finance and accounting operations – overseeing the billing,
collection, revenue and expense accounting, taxation and statutory compliances
Preparing and publishing timely monthly financial statements
Preparation of consolidated financial statements for the company, including its subsidiaries and branches
Preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports
Monitoring the working capital and cashflow for the company
Co-ordinating with auditors, responsible for ensuring the audits are completed in a smooth and timely manner
Formulation of processes and monitoring internal controls
Creating the MIS and other financial analysis
Creating Board & Investor Decks
Streamlining accounting processes and operations
Provide a strong operational support to cross functional teams with quick, effective and proactive communication

Best fit profile:

CA/MBA 8-10 years of finance experience
Should be pro-active, self-motivated, energetic and mature person who is result oriented with prior Controller ship experience.
Good knowledge of internal processes and external reporting requirements.
Experience and knowledge of best practices in financial ethics, independent audits and all government and regulatory requirements.
Working knowledge of Post-Merger Integration perspective such as Valuations, Due Diligence, Tax Structuring.
Excellent communication skills, leadership quality and team management is a must.
Should be ready to work with a Tech start-Up.
