Job Overview

We are currently seeking a Customer Service representative to join our team at GoodVibes Placement Services. As a Customer Service representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, resolving customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. We are looking for a Fresher with less than 1 year of experience in customer service.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates
• Answer incoming calls from clients and candidates, addressing their queries and concerns
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a high level of knowledge about our services and offerings
• Assist clients and candidates in navigating the company website and online systems
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
• Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on queries and providing feedback
• Collaborate with the team to improve customer service processes and procedures
