We are hiring for the role of Customer Service in GoodVibes Placement Services. As a Customer Service representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing exceptional service. This is a full-time position with a focus on chat and phone support. The role is based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India, and is suitable for candidates with less than 1 year of experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with their inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information about company products, services, and policies
  • Resolve customer issues by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by addressing customer needs, resolving complaints, and escalating unresolved issues
  • Handle customer interactions through phone calls, chat, and email
  • Manage and update customer information in the company database
  • Guide customers through troubleshooting steps to resolve technical issues
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to provide excellent customer service
  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and customer service goals
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes
