Roles and Responsibilities

• Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
• Providing accurate information regarding products, services, and policies to customers
• Handling and resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests efficiently
• Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
• Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate departments
• Collaborating with team members to improve customer service procedures and policies
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, and complaints
• Updating customer accounts and maintaining accurate customer information
• Assisting with other administrative and customer service tasks as needed
