Miracle Group is hiring for AM / Manager – Customer Service (Laminates Division)

Responsibilities:-

Build and maintain relationships with the entire customer base assigned; by ensure constant engagement with customers during the life cycle

Responsible for Customer Satisfaction and high service quality standards – Consistency by constant monitoring

Responsible in maintaining MIS and closely work for Preparation of Final work Report.

Attending customers and provide them with the solution and ensure 100% satisfactory resolution to the their queries.

Work closely with the teams such as Prepress, Sales & Marketing, CRM, and Production

Qualifications:-

Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience

Min. 5 years of customer service experience in Flexible Packaging Industry

Excellent verbal & written communication skills

CTC: 5 – 6 Lac per annum
