**Roles and Responsibilities**
– Responding to Customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone.
– Identifying Customer needs and helping customers use specific features
– Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions.
**Salary**: ₹9,000.00 – ₹10,000.00 per month
