We are currently having openings for Customer support Executive.
**Roles and Responsibilities**
**. **Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits;
**. **Follow up to ensure resolution Provide accurate,valid and complete information by using the right methods/ tools.
**. **Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication Overseeing the customer service process.
**. **Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
**Salary**: 15-20k
**Shifts**: Day Shift (Only General shift)
**Work Experience**: Experienced ( 1year to 4years )
