Job Description
*Must be able to communicate with customers effectively.
*Must be flexible with working shifts.
– Must be a multi-tasker.
*Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
*Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
*Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
*Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
**Requirements**:
– High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
– Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
– Comfortable using computers.
– Experience working with customer support.
**Salary**: ₹10,355.55 – ₹33,700.70 per month
Schedule:
– Day shift
– Evening shift
– Flexible shift
– Monday to Friday
– Morning shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
– Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
– Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
**Experience**:
– total work: 1 year (preferred)
– Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
– English (preferred)
– Hindi (preferred)
