**Job Description**:
1. Location: Airoli
2. Handling Inbound calls (Customer Service)
3. Need to handle queries related to US Customers Netflix Account.
4. Designation: CSA
5. Excellent communication skills needed
6. HSC/ Graduate with Minimum 6 Months Chat or Voice Experience.
7. Shift Timing 24*7 rotational shift
8. Week off-2 Rotational week off between Monday till Sunday
9. Salary – 27,000 In hand +2750 Incentives.
10. Strict background verification for all Employment and Educations documents.
11. Transport Boundaries: Panvel to Thane, Kalyan to Thane, Thane to Dadar East.
12. Rounds of Interviews: HR, Ops, Berlitz (VnA), Typing-25/85.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 – ₹27,000.00 per month
