b) Communicate in a modern & intuitive way for all the branding & marketing campaigns.

c) Addressing the chatbot queries by providing stellar customer service.

d) Create & send sequence of automated messages that are required to reply at certain intervals.

e) Initiate conversations with people, who have seen the ads & are interested in our materials.

f) Engage in two-way conversations to build the trust with customers.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 – ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

– Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

– Kalyan Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

– Bachelor’s (required)

**Experience**:

– tele calling: 1 year (preferred)
– Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

– Kannada (required)
