Job Description
Customer Service Representative
**Duties**:
– Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
– Upsell products and services to maximize customer satisfaction and company revenue
– Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
– Accurately enter and update customer information in the database
– Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries
– Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer retention
– Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery
– Collaborate with other team members to achieve departmental goals
**Skills**:
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
– Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
– Ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
– Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
– Multilingual skills are highly desirable
– Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
