Job description:
– Should have complete understanding of ITIL
– Should be having good communication skills both written and verbal
– Should be aware of incident, request and problem management
– Have to keep users updated and should have endless coordination with cross domains or global team
– Direct unresolved issues to next level or ensure timely escalations
– Preparing and publishing daily, weekly reports
**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
