Customer Service Representative
Job Description
Educating customers about our brand and products.
– Liaising between our company and its current and potential customers.
– Build sustainable relationships and engage customers.
– Being dedicated to customer satisfaction and resolving any concerns that the customer has.
– Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
– Understanding the unstated needs of the customer, asking relevant questions, and picking the right time to pitch the recommended solutions
– Take a customer-focused approach to handle complaints and escalations.
– Ensure that all written communication is carried out as per the customer care procedures.
– Taking care of all other back-office operations.
– Should be comfortable to travel/relocate to our location in Delhi.
– Must have excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
