Customer Service Representative
Job Description
Vendor Development Team:
– They are responsible for making onboarded vendors live on marketplaces and websites.
– Assist & Coordinate with teams like inventory, order processing & customer service to resolve their queries and issues.
– Manage existing vendors (Queries & Escalations).
– Vendor Analysis Reports.
– Pricing Analysis Reports.
– Publishing Sales Reports – Daily, Weekly, Monthly & Yearly.
– Building Rapport with the vendors.
– Procuring SKU selling exclusivity, Marketing Budgets & Promotions.
– Invoice Reconciliation.
– Pricing negotiation with vendors.Vendor Development Team:

**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
– Night shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
– Mumbai, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
– Bachelor’s (preferred)
**Experience**:
– total work: 3 years (preferred)
– Customer service: 3 years (preferred)
**Language**:
– English (preferred)
– Hindi (preferred)
