Job Description
Our client is hiring **Customer Service Representative**
**Responsibilities**:
– _Respond to inbound tickets and queries of customers_
– _Performing data entry_
– _Strive for first call resolution and take true ownership of customer needs and issues_
– _Communicate and follow instructions for one call customer resolution_
– _Deliver amazing customer service through effective and timely resolution of various customer inquiries and concerns_
**Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory**
Qualification: 10th/ 12th pass
Experience: 1 + years **(_Freshers can also apply_)**
Location: Kannur
Shift: Rotational shifts & Rotational Week-offs
Schedule:
– Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
– Kannur, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
– Secondary(10th Pass) (preferred)
**Experience**:
– Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
– English (preferred)
– Hindi (preferred)
