Job Description

**Responsibilities**
– Good English communication skills
– Providing proactive customer outreach
– Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
– strong phone call contact handling skills and active listening
– Manage incoming/Outgoing phone calls
– Generate sales leads
– Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
– Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
– Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits follow up to ensure resolution
– Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
– Take the extra mile to engage customers
– Excellent communication and presentation skills
– Customer Orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different type of character
– Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
Schedule:
– Night shift

– Panchkula, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
– Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
**Experience**:
