Job Description

Located in Gurugram being India’s first of a kind store.
Position: Docent Customer service professionals who will be our Brand Storyteller.
Job role:
To attend walk-in customers, make their experience more pleasurable and informative with his/her expert knowledge of the KIA brand and products. They will have these customers go through each zone and lead them through reality and virtual reality to introduce KIA’s vehicles
Attract & influence customer’s curiosity & increase engagement
Actively participate in various marketing events & promotional activities
Undergo constant training & upgrade their product knowledge
Support & help new team members with their knowledge
Timely update internal team/supervisor in case of any technical glitches to get the same fixed
Education & Experience required: A graduate with 0-2 years of customer service/handling experience
Excellent English communication skills
Experience working at store level will be an advantage
Having worked in automobile industry with a passion for cars will be an added advantage
Age between 21-30 years
**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
