Position: Customer Service – Imports & Exports.

Location: Andheri, Mumbai.

Experience: 3-5yrs

Education: Any Graduate.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

– Knowledge of Exports/Imports
– Language Proficiency – English, Marathi and Hindi
– Minimum Graduate

**Job Description**:
Roles & Responsibilities
– Handle Customer Service Role – Import / Export for Corporate Customers
– Quotation, arrange booking from shipping lines & shipment planning
– Coordinating with overseas agents, local carriers, vendors (CFS/CHA), shipping line
– Interdepartmental coordination with Pricing, Documentation & Accounts desk for billing & payment release to vendors
– Preparing checklist & sending pre alerts to customers with shipment updates
– Monitoring Import Manifestation & timely DO & BL release
– Update Import/ Export Job Data in our in-house software
– Maintain Daily Status Report for customers, CFS & Third-Party Movement follow
– Job Closing & Handover to Accounts.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 – ₹500,000.00 per month

– Morning shift
