Customer Service Representative
Job Description
We are looking for a motivated customer service superstar, team player to join our team. Your main responsibilities will be.
– Handle clients’ complaints, questions and inquiries concerning payments, products, deliveries, claims, services and reports problem areas with the utmost degree of professionalism and courtesy with an aim to resolve issues of the customers within one call
– Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
– Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
– Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
– Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
– Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
– Keep records of all conversations in inbound Assist and Fin power database in a comprehensible way.
– Verify sales with right script and process to block misleading information and fraud sales.
– Enter the sales data to CRM.
– Perform Daily Compliance to sales and identify possible weakness or risk.
– Complete the daily compliance and accept the sales in system.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
– Morning shift
– Rotational shift
Supplemental pay types:
– Commission pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
– Sech Bhavan – 700091, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
– Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
**Experience**:
– total work: 1 year (preferred)
– Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
– English (preferred)
