Customer Service Representative
Job Description
**Location**:Lower Parel, Mumbai
– Minimum 3 years – 5 years
– Excellent communication skills in English
– Good knowledge of using ticketing system and financial services industry
– Adept with the English language, excellent communication, and writing skills
– Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of character
– They should be confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don’t have enough information to answer customer questions or resolve complaints.
– Excellent teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
**About Process**:
– One-point contact for any doubts/queries/issues that a customer face
– Clarify any doubts that the customer may have regarding his/her investments
– Liaising with the other departments to get the queries of the customers resolved
– Following up with other departments to get the queries of the customer addressed
– Ensuring that the defined service level agreements are met.
– Ensuring the turnaround time for the query resolutions is met
– Ensuring the information provided to the customers are accurate
– Ensure that the efforts are put in to update the standard responses and accordingly mapping them to similar queries
– Identify the areas of improvement and getting those implemented
**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 – ₹600,000.00 per year

**Education**:
– Bachelor’s (required)
**Experience**:
– total work: 3 years (required)
– Customer service: 3 years (required)
