We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at Trending Youth Technologies PVT LTD. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our valued customers. This is a full-time position based in Mohali, Punjab, India, and requires a junior candidate with 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in using chat and phone communication channels
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build customer relationships
  • Ability to handle challenging customer situations with empathy and professionalism

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via chat and phone, providing accurate and timely responses
  • Assist customers in navigating the website, placing orders, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have
  • Maintain knowledge of products, promotions, and policies to effectively assist customers and provide product recommendations
  • Process returns, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with company guidelines
  • Perform data entry tasks to update customer information and order details
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Address customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport with customers
  • Multitask effectively to handle multiple customer inquiries and resolve them promptly
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by exceeding their expectations and going the extra mile
