We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at Trending Youth Technologies PVT LTD. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our valued customers. This is a full-time position based in Mohali, Punjab, India, and requires a junior candidate with 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using chat and phone communication channels
- Strong interpersonal skills to build customer relationships
- Ability to handle challenging customer situations with empathy and professionalism
- Skilled in multitasking and managing time effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
- Knowledge of basic computer applications and MS Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive and friendly attitude towards customers
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via chat and phone, providing accurate and timely responses
- Assist customers in navigating the website, placing orders, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have
- Maintain knowledge of products, promotions, and policies to effectively assist customers and provide product recommendations
- Process returns, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with company guidelines
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information and order details
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Address customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport with customers
- Multitask effectively to handle multiple customer inquiries and resolve them promptly
- Ensure customer satisfaction by exceeding their expectations and going the extra mile
