About the Role – Looking for Talent Acquisition Executive to manager Corporate & Sales Hirings.

Responsibilities –

• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify their manpower needs and planning to take up the position with relevant sourcing channels
• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews and rolling out the offer
• Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
• Lead employer branding initiatives
• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates

Experience – 5-6 years of experience with any manufacturing Industry

Education – PGDM in HR
