Job Description:

  1. Responsible for generating new business through the addition of the various customer from the segments of Infrastructure, Projects and OEM’S, Utility etc.
  2. Develop new distribution base in your defined region. Arrange the distribution meet to formulate the uniform selling price in the market and coordinate for the dealer sales conferences and the stockist meet to enhance the revenue generation. Also support the distributors for the new customer developments.
  3. Give the product & commercial training as well as presentation training to the sales team down the line in your region. Also develop the people working under the major distributors.
  4. Responsible for Strategy formulation & Business Development, Arrange Seminars, Exhibitions and Marketing activities in different areas of the country as per requirement. Give the market feedback to the marketing team to develop new product in case of a life cycle or repeated sales volumes in bulk.                                                                               
  5. Responsible for achievement of assigned Annual business
  6. Responsible for the payment collections in your defined region.
  7. Formulate the strategy for the sales growth in the region and share with the management to get the maximum output in terms of revenues.
  8. Cooperative Behaviour & Participation “Cooperate with all the people in the organisation to achieve desired goal because middle managers work with both top-level managers and first-level managers, So Cooperative behaviour is mandate to be maintained.
