Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Global Sales Manager to join our team at Twixor’s Bangalore office. This is a full-time, senior-level position requiring 7 to 10 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will be an adept professional in SaaS Product Sales, B2B Product Sales, and have Telecom Experience (Mandatory skill). You will be responsible for driving global sales strategies, fostering client relationships, and expanding Twixor’s market footprint. Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven track record in SaaS Product Sales with an ability to strategize and execute on sales objectives. (Mandatory skill)
  • Experience in B2B Product Sales, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships for revenue growth. (Mandatory skill)
  • Previous work in Telecom sectors, leveraging industry knowledge to enhance sales efforts. (Mandatory skill)
  • Strong strategic planning capabilities, enabling the alignment of sales goals with company objectives in a dynamic market landscape.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, adept at closing deals that benefit both the customer and Twixor.
  • Expertise in Global Account Management, with a history of nurturing international client relationships.
  • Proficiency in cross-functional collaboration, coordinating with various departments to deliver client-centric solutions.
  • Ability to manage and lead a high-performing sales team, mentoring team members to achieve shared goals.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement an effective sales strategy to drive global growth in alignment with Twixor’s goals.
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with Fortune 500 clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Lead negotiations and close high-value deals, maintaining a pipeline of potential business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions that meet customer needs and drive value.
  • Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and risks, adjusting strategies as needed to remain competitive.
  • Provide leadership and oversight to the sales team, setting targets and monitoring individual and team performance.
  • Drive brand awareness and client engagement through effective communication and representation of Twixor’s mission and values.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports, contributing to the strategic planning and financial forecasting process.
