**JOB DESCRIPTION**
– Conduct lectures, seminars, and workshops to educate students on professional accounting practices.
– Develop and deliver curriculum that covers a range of accounting software systems, including SAP Hana, Financial Accounting, Material Management, QuickBooks, Peachtree, Tally, etc.
– Create and update course materials, syllabi, and assessments to align with industry standards and technological advancements in the field of accounting.
– Provide academic guidance and support to students, including mentoring and advising on career opportunities in the accounting field.
– Encourage active participation, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills through classroom activities and projects.
– Stay updated on the latest trends, developments, and advancements in accounting software, including SAP Hana, Financial Accounting, Material Management, QuickBooks, Peachtree, Tally, etc.
– Integrate relevant industry practices and case studies into teaching materials to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of modern accounting practices.
– Collaborate with colleagues and industry professionals to enhance the quality of education and promote a dynamic learning environment.
– Engage in research activities related to professional accounting, accounting software systems, and related technologies.
– Assist in the administration and coordination of academic programs, assessments, and evaluations.
– Participate in faculty meetings, committees, and other organizational activities.

**Requirements**:

– Minimum of a Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
– Substantial work experience in the accounting field, with a focus on using accounting software systems such as SAP Hana, Financial Accounting, Material Management, QuickBooks, Peachtree, Tally, etc.
– Relevant certifications in accounting and accounting software (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate, QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor) are an advantage.
– Previous teaching or training experience is preferred.

**Responsibilities**:

– Delivering lectures and conducting interactive sessions on logistics and supply chain management topics.
– Developing course materials, including syllabi, lesson plans, and assessments.
– Mentoring and guiding students, providing academic support, and answering their queries.
– Evaluating student performance through assessments and examinations.
– Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments in logistics and supply chain management.
– Collaborating with other faculty members to enhance the curriculum and teaching methodologies.
– Participating in faculty development programs and workshops to enhance teaching skills.

**Requirements**:

– Minimum of 6 months’ experience as a faculty or tutor in logistics and supply chain management.
– Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
– Excellent knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles and practices.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in reading and speaking Malayalam.
– Ability to engage and motivate students effectively.
– Familiarity with instructional design and assessment methodologies.
– High level of professionalism and dedication to education.
– Strong organizational and time management skills.

**Salary Range**:
The salary for this position is between 25,000/- to Rs.40,000/- per month. The final salary offer will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
