Job Description
**Your field of responsibility**
As a part of role, your responsibility includes:
– Assist/Support the Legal Entity Close of books and records in accordance with USGAAP and Swiss GAAP policies and timelines
– Ensure compliance with US, Swiss GAAPs reporting requirements where applicable; the LEC will draw on the expertise of the Accounting Policy and Assurance Group (APAG) and the Stakeholder Managers as required
– Perform month end Account reconciliation, adhere to SOX compliance requirements and documentation
– Perform monthly FX hedging and FX levelling
– Perform reconciliation of Accounts in accordance with requirement of the Organization
– Perform all disclosures and other reporting requirements for the legal entities
– Review, Analyze and Prepare month-end, quarterly and Annual Financial Statement, MIS packs following timelines as agreed with the stakeholders
– Conduct first level of challenge and analyze information provided to gain reasonable assurance as to the quality and reliability of the information being obtained as necessary (e.g. conduct baseline analytical review, check KPIs adequacy; ensure appropriate hands-off, etc).
– Work closely with other upstream departments such as Operations, Product Control, Tax, Pay-roll, and others as applicable.
– Understand the significant controls and processes that impact the entity and, where control is-sues are identified, obtain comfort that control improvement plans are put in place., ensure timely esca-lations wherever required assist manager with processes improvement and new business initiatives

**Your skills and experience**
You must possess at least one of Primary Skill
– Strong knowledge of Accounting, USGAAP and Swiss GAAP
– Attention to Detail and flair for numbers, accuracy
– An understanding of key aspects associated with the financial statements and the notes to the financial statements of the legal entity
– Advanced excel knowledge, knowledge of ERP
– Knowledge of SOX, risk, and controls
– Professional Accounting qualification
– 1-3 years of relevant experience
