Job Summary:
Fixed Assets & Payroll Accounting and Reporting
Month end process
GL analysis and reconcliations in Blackline/SAP
P/L and BS Variance Analysis,
Audit Support – Statutory Audit, Group Audit, Cost Audit, Tax Audit & Internal Audit etc.,
Others – Team support & Process improvements including IT System changes


Job Content:
Main Tasks/ Responsibilities / Authorities:
Asset Accounting & Reporting
Ensure Proper asset accounting
Month end report of fixed assets
Preparation of asset schedules
Allied activities w.r.t Fixed Asset processes

Month End Reporting

Reconciliation of feeder systems to master finance in SAP
Plant, Sales & Marketing month end entries in blackline
Assistance in other month end activities

General Ledger Activities

GL analysis at periodic intervals
GL reconciliations for blackline and quarterly closures
Preparation of JE’s
Assist various departments in accounting issues and queries

Audit

Statutory Audit
Preparation of financials along with all notes and disclosures
Preparation of audit schedules

Group Audit
Preparation of audit schedules as per audit scope of the company
Handle further data requests and audit queries

Tax and Cost Audit

Provide necessary support to the tax manager in tax audit
Provide necessary support for cost audit

Other activities
Drive automation and process improvements across Accounting and Reporting areas

Key Skills: SAP/Blackline/Power BI and advance excel

 Chartered Accountant or a Cost Accountant
 2-4 Years of relevant experience
2. Additional Important Requirements:
 Exposure towards Power BI and Blackline preferred
Geographical context in which knowledge is applied: Local
