Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Freight Forwarder Sales & Business Development at RTCL in Mumbai. The role involves handling day-to-day tasks related to forwarding, import, export, sales, Marketing, Business development freight forwarding, and freight transportation. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of freight forwarding processes

·   Find new business opportunities and customers

  • Contact potential customers to showcase company services

·   Develop relationships with existing customers and keep in touch with them

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures
  • Experience in the logistics industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
