JWe are seeking passionate and skilled Gymnastics Coaches to join our teams in Delhi and Mumbai.The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing training programs, conducting practice sessions, and fostering a positive and encouraging environment for all gymnasts.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement age-appropriate gymnastics training programs.Conduct individual and group practice sessions.Provide instruction and feedback on techniques, routines, and performance.Assess and track athletes’ progress, offering guidance for improvement.Ensure a safe and supportive training environment, including the proper use of equipment.Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and other staff members.Organize and participate in gymnastics competitions and events.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of gymnastics techniques, trends, and safety practices.Required:Previous experience as a gymnastics coach or in a related role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to motivate and inspire young athletes.
