• Responsible for managing accounting and reporting processes as per IAS, Quarterly Balance Sheet reviewes, MIS reporting and Month-end closing.
• To guide and support the respective Chief Accountrants in preparation and filing of statutory financial statements under applicable local GAAP
• Maintain statutory compliance in the India region including coordination with tax and legal functions, and external auditors.
• Provide accounting guidance to team on day-to-day accounting matters.
• To actively support in Period End and Year End close processes ensuring quality and fulfilment of relevant Group and statutory requirements
• Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and procedures, and control environment.
• To play a strategic role in enhancing the quality of the work and automation plans of the Company
• Continuous and demonstrable improvement of productivity resulting in increased service productivity.
• Ensure resources, capabilities and capacity to meet both existing and new business demand;
• Monitoring and maintaining the cash flow for all legal entities

• Chartered Accountant
• 9 + years of experience working as Finance or Compliance Manager or Senior Finance professional.
• Strong knowledge of Accounting standards is essential
• Strong knowledge of Indian compliance in the areas of financial reporting and taxes
• Solid experience from a global Finance organisation in an international company. Good understanding of all key business processes across functional areas.
• Experience of working on ERP system such as oracle will be an added advantage
