SkillSet:HelpDesk(L1):
Associate has to work in shift from the client location East Kidwai Nagar. The support window is 9 AM to 9 PM except national holidays. No Cab facility is there in the account.
Primary responsibility is to receive calls, Mails and Incidents and respond to end users within the SLAs. Associate needs to do few outbound calls to get the clarification from end user or if asked by client to give call back.
Associate must have good communication skill in English and Hindi.

Other Helpdesk Activities:
To maintain KEDB, Regular updation of User Manuals, CBTs, FAQs
It will be addon advantage if associate have some knowledge on SQL and worked on ani ITIL tool earlier.
