Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Manager at Waveultra Engineers Automation Private Limited. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR functions, implementing policies and procedures, conducting recruitment and onboarding processes, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. This role is located in Bengaluru with the flexibility for some work from home.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage and resolve conflicts effectively
• Experience with HRIS systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
