Manager – Human Resources
– To oversees planning, developing, managing and overseeing talent acquisition and recruitment processes and strategies for Modular Kitchen Business.- Conduct in-depth search, interviews of potential candidates within the framework of the position specification.- Screen, interview and prepare an ideal candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline and maintain high interview-to-offer ratios.- To determine appropriate salary ranges and negotiate compensation with candidates.- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management- Uses advanced business knowledge and subject matter expertise to design the hiring and talent attraction strategy.- Involve in participating & implementing key critical initiatives.- Develop, Implement and administer employee policies to enhance employee relations.- Manage new hire orientation process and introduce new employees to the Company culture.- Manager Employee Compensation & Benefits. Provide periodical compensation and benefit reports to the Leadership team and make recommendations to improve the process.- Monitor internal HR systems and databases- Design and implement company policies.- Monitor key HR metrics- Manage and drive effectively on-boarding of the new joined candidates ensuring a high-level experience
Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree- Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in HR Recruitment- Experience in Modular Kitchen industry preferred.- Strong organization, communication, and conflict resolution skills- Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks- Proficient in Microsoft Office suit
