Job Description

Manager – Human Resources

  • To oversees planning, developing, managing and overseeing talent acquisition and recruitment processes and strategies for Modular Kitchen Business.
  • Conduct in-depth search, interviews of potential candidates within the framework of the position specification.
  • Screen, interview and prepare an ideal candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline and maintain high interview-to-offer ratios.
  • To determine appropriate salary ranges and negotiate compensation with candidates.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management
  • Uses advanced business knowledge and subject matter expertise to design the hiring and talent attraction strategy.
  • Involve in participating & implementing key critical initiatives.
  • Develop, Implement and administer employee policies to enhance employee relations.
  • Manage new hire orientation process and introduce new employees to the Company culture.
  • Manager Employee Compensation & Benefits. Provide periodical compensation and benefit reports to the Leadership team and make recommendations to improve the process.
  • Monitor internal HR systems and databases
  • Design and implement company policies.
  • Monitor key HR metrics
  • Manage and drive effectively on-boarding of the new joined candidates ensuring a high-level experience

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in HR Recruitment
  • Experience in Modular Kitchen industry preferred.
  • Strong organization, communication, and conflict resolution skills
  • Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suit
