Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist with 6 to 8 years of relevant experience to manage and enhance the organization’s HR operational processes. The ideal candidate will ensure that HR systems, policies, and workflows function efficiently while delivering an excellent employee experience. This role will involve handling core HR processes, compliance, payroll coordination, employee lifecycle management, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
Ensure smooth coordination and implementation of orientation programs for new hires.
Assist in drafting, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment standards, and company policies.
Manage HR databases and systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Oversee HRIS implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure timely and accurate processing of salaries, reimbursements, and benefits.
Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
Maintain and audit employee data to ensure integrity and accuracy.
Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and provide resolution in a timely manner.
Support the resolution of grievances and conflicts in adherence to company policies.
Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Lead or participate in HR projects and initiatives that align with organizational objectives.
Oversee the end-to-end performance appraisal process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
Train managers and employees on performance management tools, processes, and best practices.
Ensure transparency and fairness in the performance evaluation process.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
6 to 8 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role, preferably in a mid- to large-scale organization.
Proficiency in HRIS platforms and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy and detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
