Human Resources Operations Specialist
Job Description
Loaction – Mumbai
Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to align with hotel operations and industry standards
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training processes for all hotel staff
Manage employee relations, including addressing complaints, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work culture
Coordinate compensation, benefits, and incentive programs for hotel employees
Ensure compliance with labor laws, work permits, and visa requirements for staff
Lead initiatives related to workplace harassment prevention and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI)
Collaborate with department heads to optimize workforce planning and staffing levels
Conduct performance evaluations and provide guidance on employee development
Manage the hotel’s HR budget and related financial aspects
Represent employee interests in managerial meetings and communicate key information from upper management to staff
NOTE: HOSPITALITY BACKGROUND IS PREFERRED (HOTELS, RESTAURANTS)
