Lead Analyst – Managed Services (Accounting-Finance, Reconciliation- COD, CLO)

About the team
We are Reliance Trust Team providing Investment Accounting Services to our Trust Client Globally, so we have different teams working on Position Recon, Cash Recon, Exception Resolution, Financial Reporting, Trade Team and so on.
What you will be doing
This position is for Trust Accounting (Reliance Trust): You will be responsible for processing and review, working on multiple processes with critical deliverables, work on transition business from one location to Pune, Open to work in shifts to cover client requirements.
What you bring:
Knowledge / Experience
- Min 3-5 years of experience on Reconciliation/ investment Accounting/ Trust Accounting/ Fund Accounting.
- Strong understanding of financial products like Bonds, Mutual Funds, Derivatives, Equities, MBS etc.
- Strong knowledge of Reconciliation and reporting. Good to have knowledge on Trade Settlements lifecycle, Corporate actions, Accruals.
- Basic knowledge around audits (internal and external) and understanding around Risk and Control framework.
- Establish strong relationship with onshore counterparts.
- Working closely with the team to identify process needs, putting strong controls in place, reviewing work and reviewing process related documentations on timely basis.
- Raise any issues related to process and get it resolved.
Skills
- Strong analytical skill.
- Good communication skill.
- Practical experience in Investment Accounting.
- Strong desktop computing skills: Excel, Word etc.
Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent.

- Ability to discuss process issues, concerns with onshore counterparts and get it resolved.
- Organized approach: Manage and adapt priorities according to client and internal requirements
- Self-starter: Work autonomously and as part of a global team
