The Finance & Accounting Managed Services team provides support by addressing the challenges of achieving appropriate standards of control, efficient back office opportunities, transforming finance function by executing strategies to reduce functional and operational complexity through streamlined processes, optimising use of technology, and efficiently using resources to deliver cost effective, high quality services to all stakeholders. The team delivers core finance & accounting functions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Compliance and Controls, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, General Accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis, Tax, and Treasury.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:
Demonstrates intimate knowledge of, and/or success in managerial roles involving, key business and
strategic priorities leveraged to oversee and manage a team providing technical financial guidance in
the areas of financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for a global network of
professional services consulting firms.
Demonstrates intimate abilities and success with managing teams that provide financial support to the
operations- and infrastructure related functions–or IFS–for a global network of professional services
consulting firms, emphasizing the following areas:
Monitoring the business environment for trends that could potentially affect the success of the IFS
function, take action to address them;
Analyzing financial data, identify reporting needs, prepare recommendations to management;
Developing business plans and forecasts, budget comparisons, ad hoc financial analysis for;
Managing and overseeing budgeting, planning, analysis and reporting of key firm initiatives;
Confirming the integrity and accuracy of the financial reporting and analysis provided;
Providing independently decision-making and problem-solving issues affecting individual IFS
functions and influencing leadership in the execution/implementation of programs, initiatives, and strategy;
Participating and, at times, driving Controller Operations budget team and cross-functional projects;
Providing strategic and technical direction for department, Finance leadership and projects;
Interacting with and influencing the highest levels of leadership;
Coaching and developing members of the budget team and other Finance department members in a wide variety of areas including but not limited to teaming, interpersonal skills, relationship building, leadership skills, strategy and business knowledge; and
Serving as a key member of the IFS Finance team and provide critical support to Finance and IFS
functional leadership, collaborating directly with the IFS functional leaders and managers to support operations, and manage financial performance.
